Oxford Avenue – SW20
Oxford Avenue is a sought after, quiet, residential, tree lined no through road.
This project allowed for the creation of a large L-shaped ground floor extension with a kitchen diner. With the quality materials that we used it created a beautiful open living space. The extension also included a WC under the stairs and a modification of the front room to create a Utility room. A wonderful outside summer house/treatment room was built and the garden was redesigned. The extension included grey bi fold doors and 5 Velux windows making a very light and airy feel to the room.
