Elsynge Road is one of Wandsworths’ most prized roads. Designed for the Great Exhibition of 1850, it displays a unique array of Victorian architecture and is now a Conservation Area.

The property had been neglected for some time and needed a complete make over. The existing owners had great vision on what they wanted to achieve with the refurbishment which was both internal and external. Externally it needed to still remain within keeping of the areas but be modernized with the latest materials.

Internally was quite a different challenge. The use of the best materials and craftsmen created a beautiful and luxurious living space. Much of the interior was specially made by our Award winning Maderia craftsmen. A specialist bookcase with hidden mood lighting was just one of the magnificent carpentry creations made on site. Also beautiful bespoke furniture and storage was hand made for the masters study in light Oak.

This project bought a number of our skilled craftsmen together that also include a glorious etched Glass sliding door in dark oak that seals the sumptuous basement cinema room.From removing the existing flooring and ceilings and fitting a number of different flooring types from Carpets, Tiles, Marble to solid Oak our craftsmen lovingly laid them all.

This complete house refurbishment included:- sliding internal doors, refurbishing the existing windows, new contemporary glass banister, bespoke joinery solutions, kids loft room, bedroom, ensuite dressing rooms , shoe rails, wardrobes and book cases with specialist lighting, 4 bathrooms / shower rooms, Lusso suits and taps and much more.
